Shipping Rate Details

Shipping is complimentary for all orders surpassing $49, while a flat rate of $15 applies to orders below that threshold. Deliveries are restricted to the contiguous United States and Canada. Please be aware that free shipping is not applicable to wholesale purchases.

Shipping Transit Times and Expedited Delivery Options

Products that are in stock are typically shipped within two days, with delivery within the US usually taking 2-5 days. For other products stocked in Europe, delivery typically takes approximately 6 weeks. We dispatch a container of goods from Europe every week to ensure a steady supply of inventory.

Shipping Types

All packages are sent out using UPS or FedEx, except for larger orders that may require less-than-truckload (LTL) services. Deliveries are usually scheduled for Monday through Friday and are shipped using Ground or Home Delivery service options. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase, though transit times may differ depending on the carrier, delivery address, and order size. You can track your shipment and view the estimated delivery date by checking the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

At Corten Line, we want your outdoor space to be nothing short of perfect. That's why we stand behind our products with a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund. This guarantee applies to products stocked in our US warehouses. Please note that items ordered from our European warehouses are not eligible for return or exchange. Shop with confidence knowing that your satisfaction is our top priority!

Packaging

For returning items, please make sure they are enclosed in their original packaging. On the outer side of the box, clearly write your order number, name, and return address. Inside the package, include the printed invoice slip and/or your contact information, order number, along with the reason for the return.

Shipping Costs

Kindly be aware that you will need to cover the expenses for returning the item (e.g., FedEx/UPS shipping label). If necessary, we can offer prepaid shipping labels to simplify the process. Should you opt to use your own shipping account, we advise selecting a trackable shipping method for added security.

Refunds

Upon receiving your package, our team will thoroughly examine its contents. If the items are in pristine condition and still in their original packaging, we will process a refund to the original payment method, deducting the return shipping fees.
